I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using UPS or USPS depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 10 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We have a 8-day return policy, which means you have 8 days after receiving your item to request a return. A $5 restocking fee will be applied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@eleganceonpoint.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, we can change the address to the correct one within 14 hours when you email us at: admin@eleganceonpoint.com. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
